How do I search for a product?

Why don’t shipping costs appearing on the Shopping Cart Checkout page?

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and included when the order is emailed to you.

I want to pick my order up from Lethbridge Fasteners instead of having it delivered, how do I tell you?

  • When you log into your account, there is a drop-down box under your name that lists your shipping addresses. Select "Pick up from Lethbridge Fasteners" from the list. If it doesn't appear in the list, call us at 403.380.3503 or email sales.online@lethfast.ca and we will add it.

How do I change my shipping address?

If it doesn't appear in the list, call us at 403.380.3503 or email sales.online@lethfast.ca and we will add it. Please note, this request will need to be authorized by the account owner.

How do I specify shipping details?

  • On the Shopping Cart Checkout page, in the Additional Order Information section, under Special Instructions, specify whether you will be picking up the order in person from Lethbridge Fasteners and Tools or whether you want your order shipped to you.

There isn't enough Available Quantities of the product I want, what now? 

  • Enter the quantity you require for your product and add it to the Shopping Cart. Backorders will be created for additional required quantities. You will be charged for those products that are available for shipping, or available for pick up at Lethbridge Fasteners and Tools. You will be notified when your backorder is ready, at which time you will be charged for those items. You will be notified if the product is not available for backorder.

The product I want to buy says 0 Availability Quantity, what now?

I can't find the product I am looking for, what now?

  • The E-Commerce site only has some of the products we offer, more are being added all the time. If you can't find the product you want, contact us and we can help you.

Why is the pricing different online than when I go into the store?

  • Log into your online account for Special Pricing. If you do not have an online account, click on Login from the top menu. Under Select Another Option, click Request a Login Account.

The website logged me out, how do I get back on?

  • Click on Lethbridge Fasteners and Tools logo on the upper left hand corner of the webpage to bring up the E-Commerce page where you can log back in.

Why did I receive an Order Confirmation?

  • Orders need to be processed by our Order Desk. We will contact you if we require additional information. Any shipping charges, if applicable, will be added by our Order Desk. We will contact you when your order is ready.

I have an account with Lethbridge Fasteners but not an e-commerce account, how can I get one?

  • If you do not have an online account, click on Login from the top menu. Under Select Another Option, click Request a Login Account.
